I had mixed feelings about my stay at Saltmoore. While the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the condition of the facilities left much to be desired. The spa amenities I was looking forward to were either closed or poorly maintained, which was disappointing considering the high price point. Overall, the service I received was excellent, but the physical surroundings need some improvements.
