The location is great. I liked that i could explore nearby areas.
Our experience was just underwhelming. I only learned this at checkout and faced an unexpected charge. also, the bar was often unattended. I had to clear and wipe down our own table since no staff were available.

the staff were friendly. i found the breakfast really good, including a varied buffet with many options. the spa treatments left me feeling refreshed. the hotel's location is convenient, nice for easy walks to nearby spots.
i thought the drinks menu at the bar was a bit limited, and the service was slow at times.

excellent lodging
nice balconycoffee selectioncosy environment
the spacious room included a nice balcony with comfy chairs. a selection of teas and coffee was available and i enjoyed cookies. lounge bars were a nice spot to enjoy drinks in a cosy environment. we ate a tasty dinner and breakfast at the brasserie and beach house pizzas.
i reminded me of the hotel menu did not cater for my children.

the beach house is somewhat distant from the main hotel, requiring a walk to access the primary facilities.

The breakfast offered a wonderful start to the day. Buggies provided transport between the main hotel building and the beach house (this was a lifesaver for my toddler and me). Every staff member I encountered was lovely, which I really appreciated.
The absence of some toiletries from the bathroom proved to be a slight inconvenience.

Lovely Stay in a Maisonette

Our stay included access to a maisonette. This maisonette featured two floors. The sitting room and toilet were downstairs. A rainforest shower was also located downstairs. The large bedroom was on the first floor.
The vegetarian dishes in the restaurant were below standard. The restaurant manager did not acknowledge this issue. One dish was very salty and inedible. The replacement mozzarella dish was tasteless.
